2. Summer Camp Registration
To register a child for camp, a parent or legal guardian must:
- Complete all required fields on the registration form truthfully
- Submit accurate medical and contact information
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
Submission of a registration form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to deny registration for any reason.
3. Fees and Payment
A registration fee is required to secure your child’s place in the camp. By submitting payment, you agree to the following:
- All fees must be paid in full before the start of camp
- Payment is processed securely through our designated payment processor
- You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the full amount
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of medical emergencies or other special circumstances, at our sole discretion.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [Your Email Address]. Refunds, if approved, may be subject to administrative fees.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Partial attendance
- Expulsion from camp due to misconduct
- Failure to disclose relevant medical or behavioral information
5. Camp Policies and Code of Conduct
By registering your child, you agree that both you and your child will comply with all camp rules and policies, which will be provided upon registration confirmation. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Health and Safety
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical and allergy information
- Update us with any changes to your child’s health before camp begins
- Acknowledge that while we take precautions, participation in any program carries inherent risks
In case of emergency, you authorize us to seek necessary medical care for your child.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during camp participation
- Technical issues affecting website access or payment processing
- Errors in information submitted by users
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
